Juniors and Seniors, Masters, Ladies, Mens, Open, Singles, Doubles, Teams, Opportunities for state and national selection
- Rockhampton Eight ball has a league that runs every Tuesday night. Teams of 6 to 9 players play 3 doubles games(max 1 per player) and 12 singles(max 2 per player). Each team plays out of a venue be it a pub
- club
- or hotel
- of their choice. Teams play against each other in a round robin format
- playing each other twice
- with games won during the night adding towards a total score and eventually a finals. We have two seasons
- a Winter and a Summer
- both usually running from 16 to 20 weeks
- depending on team numbers
- i.e. 8 teams = 16weeks
- 10 teams = 20 weeks. Membership in the Rockhampton Eight ball Association inc also gives players the opportunity to play in various fun and serious competition
- from a Tri-City between Rockhampton
- Mackay
- and Townsville
- to State Team trials
- State singles
- and eventually selection in an Australian team to play against the world in England.
